Family and Friends Programme
The Family and Friends Programme
provides a link between parents, families and friends of current undergraduates
of Clare College, and gives parents the opportunity to feel that they
are involved in their children's education and in the life of the College
in general.

A dinner was held for
parents/guardians and students on Saturday 24th February 2007 and
was a great success. A date for 2008 dinner had already been
set for next year for Freshers of the 2008 intake: Saturday
23rd February 2008. Family and friends
that opt in to the Programme will be invited to attend a Formal
Dinner in the Great Hall in the company of the Senior Tutor. Students
may dine free of charge and can bring up to two guests at £30.00

Love From
Home |
As part of our Programme,
which includes various services for the families of the College's
students, 'Love from Home' allows families to send
their loved ones various treats. To download an order form, please

Book Fund |
The Clare College Family
Book Fund provides families of undergraduates with a way to help
current students by donating funds for the College Library to invest
in much needed resources. If you would like to donate to this
fund you can identify a subject area to which you would like to
contribute or you can leave it to the discretion of the Librarian.
Your support will be listed on an annual list of donors, displayed
in the Forbes Mellon Library, unless you request that your donation
be anonymous
For a minimum donation
of £30.00, the College Library will purchase a book for undergraduate
use, marked by a special bookplate. To download a Family
